A lifetime of magic
40+ years of making audiences gasp and giggle.
Keir’s interest in magic began as a teenager, when he inherited an antique magic collection from his uncle in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas. He kept performing through a career as an air-ambulance pilot and flight instructor. Sometimes he was both pilot and magician for Children’s Hospital, and once he performed in a remote Alaskan village while flying float planes.
Today magic is his full-time career. He has performed for thousands of children and adults at birthdays, schools, fairs, weddings, private events and corporate gatherings in Denver and beyond.
The show
Why kids love a Keir Royale show
Keir’s mix of visual magic, comedy, audience participation and balloon art is built around one goal: creating a celebration children genuinely remember. As a dad and long-time children’s entertainer, he understands how to keep kids engaged without leaving parents behind.
His signature moments put children at the center: a birthday child who levitates, a volunteer “sawn” in half in the “Slice of Magic” illusion, and monster-sized 6-, 9- and 12-foot magic wands. The illusions are completely safe and never require rehearsal with the child who volunteers.
Families book Keir as a kids birthday party magician in Denver, as a Denver balloon artist and for school assemblies and family events.
